Coaching Programs
Individual Programs
Individual leadership coaching is available to new and experienced leaders in packages of 8 or 12 hours. Programs include a full 360 feedback assessment.
Group Programs
Group coaching programs are fully flexible and target individuals from different teams who face similar challenges. Groups can range in size, but I usually recommend 4-8 people.
Team Programs
Team coaching can be adapted to meet your requirements. Depending on your needs team coaching can span 1-3 days or longer programs run over 3-9 months.
