Individual Leadership Coaching Programs
Leadership coaching is available to new and experienced leaders in packages of 8 or 12 hours. Programs include a full 360 feedback assessment.

Group Coaching Programs
Group coaching programs are fully flexible and target individuals from different teams who face similar challenges. Groups can range in size, but I usually recommend 4-8 people.

I work with new and established teams using a systemic approach for developing high-performing teams.
Team coaching can be adapted to meet your requirements. This starts with a scoping exercise working with the team sponsor. Depending on your needs team coaching can span 1-3 days or longer programs run over 3-9 months.
